The blog is a monser now. Have you had any luck with the coffe table book idea? Something I keep getting asked about too.
Well I did find a few websites that can do coffee table photobooks for a reasonable price in both hard and soft cover. They provide their own software or web based editing page for creating the photobook. I will try to locate the links and upload them.
